Our Staff

Phyllis Dolcy, PA-C completed her Masters of Science at Johnson and Wales University, Providence, RI. Her undergraduate studies focused on Biology with a minor in neuroscience. She has previously worked with Dr. Sampath assisting in the capacity of a Surgical Technician at Roger Williams Medical Center between 2010 and 2013. She cares for patients in the pre and postop setting both in the hospital and the clinic as well as first assists in the Operating room for surgical cases..

Emmy Grote, PA-C, completed her Master’s of Medical Science degree as a Physician Assistant from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona in 2009. There, she focused her course of study and specialized in neurosurgery. During her training, she completed elective rotations at the Barrow Neurological Institute as well as at the Mayo Clinic. Prior to joining our team in 2010, Emmy worked as a PA in a Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit. She has extensive experience assisting in surgery and managing the pre- and post-surgical care of our patients.
